The JOB JAR!

Ask our two post-college sons, David and Aaron about the job jar.  For twelve years it was a daily summertime reality for them.

So over the next four weeks, I’m going to share tips about building relationships with your kids.

Tip# 1 – JOB JAR!   Put ’em to work.
