It’s Tuesday!

Hope your week’s off to a great start.

What did you do when you heard about the violence in the U.S last week?  Did you do what I did?  Feel badly, shake your head and even pray, but then for the most part trot on your way?

I wanted to at least continue the conversation around racial issues publicly in my sphere.  Some of you may be feeling like, oh come on that was last week’s news.  Some like, can’t we all just get along? Everyone matters… and don’t you think everyone’s a little bit racist?  

It’s not yesterday’s news.  Reconciliation is relevant every single day.

I give three suggestions in the video.  What other suggestions would you add?  I really want to hear from you.  (Please post your comments so everyone can engage.)  Together, let’s continue to move toward reconciliation.
