Calling All Christians (and if you’re not one, please chime in, we want to hear from you!),

America’s emotional temperature is rising. We’re just weeks away from the election. There’s high octane in our discussions, opinions and feelings around the moral, ethical and spiritual state of the nation.  The issues can be polarizing for a nation, a family, and yes, for Christians.

Last week in New York City I addressed the Christian Women in Media Association about our influence on the marketplace. What’s the marketplace?

The marketplace is the sphere that is about commercial dealings. Basically, it’s any place that is not overtly “Christian.” My life at QVC is me in the marketplace. 

Jesus was all about being in the marketplace. Read any gospel – Matthew, Mark, Luke or John – and watch Him as He moved about the marketplace.
